It was a busy day on the pitch Saturday as many teams played in hot conditions on the pitch around the state.
Class 3A
Starting with a battle of Vikings #4 Valparaiso knocks off Class 2A Illiana Christian 5-0. For Valparaiso, they improve to 7-1 on the season while Illiana Christian slips to 5-3. Illiana Christian has lost 2 of their last 3 matches.
#6 Brownsburg falls to Roncalli 3-2. The Royals are 3-1-3 on the season. Brownsburg has slipped to 2-2-3.
#9 Carroll of Fort Wayne played to a 1-1 draw with #20 Cathedral. For Carroll, AJ Imoro scored the lone Charger goal. Carroll is 3-2-2. Cathedral is 1-2-5. The Irish have been winless since August 24th when they shut out Ben Davis 2-0.
