Indiana Women’s College Soccer Preview for Saturday
Saturday brings another busy day for Indiana college women’s soccer, particularly in the NAIA, where several of the state’s programs face significant non-conference tests.
The biggest matchup comes early in Indianapolis, where Marian faces one of the nation’s elite programs. Indiana Wesleyan, Taylor and IU Northwest also hit the road for challenging ranked or national-level opponents.
No. 20 USAO at Marian — 10 AM
One of Saturday’s biggest NAIA women’s soccer matches takes place in Indianapolis as No. 20 University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma visits Marian.
Marian has been dominant through its first two regular-season matches. The Knights opened with a 7-0 victory over Saint Francis (Illinois) before rolling past St. Ambrose 6-1, giving Marian 13 goals through two matches.
USAO represents a significant step up in competition and begins a particularly challenging stretch for Marian. After facing the 20th-ranked Drovers Saturday, the Knights turn around and host No. 2 Cumberlands Tuesday night.
Kickoff is scheduled for 10 AM at Ascension St. Vincent Field in Indianapolis.
Indiana Wesleyan at Tennessee Southern — 7 PM
Indiana Wesleyan takes its unbeaten start south for a major non-conference matchup with Tennessee Southern.
The Wildcats have opened the season impressively, including a 3-0 road victory over Northwestern Ohio.
IWU reached the NAIA National Championship Round of 16 last season, and this early schedule gives the Wildcats several opportunities to establish themselves nationally before Crossroads League play.
Saturday’s matchup at Tennessee Southern is scheduled for 7 PM ET.
No. 14 Taylor at Lawrence Tech — 7 PM
Taylor puts its perfect start on the line with a road trip to Lawrence Tech.
The 14th-ranked Trojans are 2-0 after opening their season with consecutive victories.
Taylor’s most recent result was particularly noteworthy, as the Trojans knocked off Olivet Nazarene 2-0 Wednesday.
Now Taylor heads to Southfield, Michigan, looking to make it three straight victories.

IU Northwest at No. 21 Spring Arbor — 5 PM ET
IU Northwest faces arguably its toughest test of the young season when the RedHawks travel to Michigan to face No. 21 Spring Arbor.
The RedHawks have started the regular season 2-0, earning a 1-0 victory over Rochester Christian before defeating Madonna 2-1.
Now the difficulty level rises considerably against nationally ranked Spring Arbor.
The match is scheduled for 4 PM Central/5 PM Eastern in Spring Arbor, Michigan.
UIndy Opens the Season
UIndy begins its 2026 regular season Saturday as the Greyhounds open their NCAA Division II campaign.
UIndy enters the year picked 11th in the GLVC preseason coaches poll.
The Greyhounds are looking to take a step forward under their current group, and Saturday provides the first opportunity to establish some early momentum before the GLVC portion of the schedule.
The match is scheduled for 2 PM.
